TL;DR

SOI Designer (RF IC): Designing RF integrated circuits using RF CMOS and SOI processes with an accent on analog and RF circuit design, device modeling, and cellular wireless communication systems. Focus on electromagnetic simulation, analog and mixed-signal verification, and Cadence-based layout signoff using LVS, DRC, and xRC.

What you will do

Design RF integrated circuits using RF CMOS and SOI processes.
Develop and analyze associated analog and RF circuits.
Perform RF device modeling and apply device physics principles to cellular wireless communication systems.
Conduct electromagnetic simulations using HFSS, Clarity, and EMX.
Perform analog and mixed-signal verification and manage Cadence-based layout signoff.

Requirements

MSEE degree and more than 7 years of experience.
RF IC design experience with RF CMOS and SOI processes.
Deep understanding of analog and RF circuits, RF device modeling, device physics, and cellular wireless communication systems.
Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, Clarity, or EMX.
Experience with AMS verification and Cadence layout flow, including LVS, DRC, and xRC.

Nice to have

Ph.D. degree.
