DevOps Support (Databricks)

What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and manage incident and problem resolution.
• Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines.
• Analyze data quality issues and coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Monitor jobs, investigate failures, perform recovery activities, and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain application performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Databricks for data processing and pipeline development.
• SQL skills and understanding of data flows and business processes.
• Finance domain knowledge.
• Experience with L2 production support and incident management.
• Experience with ticket handling through ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
