DevOps Support Engineer (Linux)

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; work with the Philadelphia area headquarters and production trading environment.

What you will do

• Provide daily operational support for proprietary trading systems.
• Troubleshoot and support Linux-based systems and production infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain critical applications.
• Implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Work with cross-functional engineering and business teams during production issues.
• Contribute to projects across development, platform engineering, testing, and business analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in application support, operations, DevOps, systems administration, or a related role.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar tools, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of Unix and Linux command-line environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and communicate during system outages.
• Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly into daily workflows.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
