Senior Product Analyst (PowerClerk)

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid work with both remote and onsite attendance, and residence within a reasonable daily commute to the designated facility required.

What you will do

• Provide analytical support to Product Owners and Product Managers across product discovery, design, delivery, and enhancement.
• Support the replacement of the Interconnection Management System with PowerClerk across six regulated jurisdictions, focusing on net metering processes in the Carolinas, Florida, and the Midwest.
• Research and write product stories, track change requests in JIRA, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Learn and implement PowerClerk configuration, workflows, business rules, and system logic.
• Diagnose system issues, perform data validation and analysis, support data migration, and develop reports in PowerClerk and/or Power BI.
• Provide user support and training while identifying process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related work experience, or a high school diploma/GED and nine years of related experience.
• Experience with workflow automation, configuration, or administration.
• Five or more years of experience in the utility industry and familiarity with interconnection processes.
• Ability to perform process mapping, process analysis, process design, data research, business-case development, and dashboard-based tracking.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP Customer Information Systems, Maximo, Small World GIS, Primavera, or EcoSys.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PowerClerk configuration experience is highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Design Thinking experience.
