Vendor Management Professional

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
• Review and negotiate vendor contract terms and communicate with vendors on daily matters.
• Build positive vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex project components with limited direction.

Requirements

• Progressive operational experience.
• Leadership experience over a large, metric-intensive operational unit.
• Facilitation skills.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
• Ability to work effectively from a dedicated home workspace and protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Six Sigma or Project Management Institute certification.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and grievance and appeals processes.
• At least three years of pharmacy claims processing experience.
