Content Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; only U.S. citizens are eligible. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required for project needs, client meetings, team events, or training.

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop product branding, messaging, and communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create, edit, and manage publications, presentations, communications materials, and other customer-facing content.
• Lead publication modernization to improve content quality, accessibility, consistency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, audience-focused communications.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing product branding, messaging strategies, and strategic communications.
• Experience applying customer experience principles to communications, content, and products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination; DHS Suitability is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in government, defense, technology, or other complex organizations.
• Experience with digital communications, content strategy, publication design, or modernization.
• Familiarity with customer experience research, journey mapping, or audience analysis.
• Experience managing multiple communications initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
