Manager, Process Engineering

Location: Hybrid role based in downtown San Francisco, United States; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $108,300–$130,200 per year, depending on experience and San Francisco location.

What you will do

• Oversee technical project execution and product lifecycle management for Fenty Beauty and other core brands.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Operations and Development.
• Facilitate the transfer of products from development to industrialization and mass production.
• Collaborate with Packaging Development, Product Development, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Align technical specifications with manufacturing feasibility and internal and external requirements.
• Support technical documentation, reporting, quality, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
