Manager, Process Engineering (Beauty)

Location: Hybrid role based in the downtown San Francisco office; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $108,300–$130,200 per year, dependent on experience and San Francisco location.

Kendo Holdings is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by hirify.global, developing brands for global Sephora channels and selective retailers outside Sephora.

What you will do

• Oversee technical project execution and product lifecycle management for Fenty Beauty and other core brands.
• Act as a technical liaison between Operations and Development.
• Transfer products from development through industrialization and mass production.
• Collaborate with Packaging Development, Product Development, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Align technical specifications with manufacturing feasibility and support product compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Manage technical documentation, reporting, testing, quality, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in product development, industrialization, and mass production.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate Operations, Development, Packaging Development, Product Development, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
