HFA Financial Advisor Senior - Branch

What you will do

• Partner with branch staff to identify client needs and recommend investment and insurance solutions.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans incorporating assets, goals, time horizons, and risk tolerances.
• Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches or books of business.
• Coach branch staff on customer profiling and identification of short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to address client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of investment sales experience.
• Series 7, 63, and 65/66 licenses, plus Life and Health licenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of investment experience preferred.
• Experience coaching, influencing, and developing individuals in a team environment is preferred.
