Senior Organic Growth Specialist (SEO & GEO)

Salary: $74.62–$111.92 USD per hour

What you will do

• Own organic discoverability strategy for a major PlayStation portfolio across traditional search, AI-powered answer engines, and conversational experiences.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, semantic content, structured data, metadata, and internal linking.
• Lead keyword, search intent, and entity research to identify opportunities across content, site architecture, and customer journeys.
• Partner with Editorial, Product Marketing, Analytics, MarTech, Product, and Engineering teams to prioritise and deliver high-impact improvements.
• Design SEO and GEO experiments, measure performance and commercial impact, document learnings, and scale successful approaches.
• Coach junior specialists and represent Organic Growth Marketing in strategic initiatives and major product launches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise SEO programmes for large global websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, AI search, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Experience developing SEO strategies and translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with content optimisation, technical SEO, analytics, enterprise SEO platforms, and performance reporting.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management, influencing, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for gaming and strong knowledge of the PlayStation ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Knowledge of structured data, entity optimisation, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience working across global markets.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of PlayStation products and franchises.
