Contract Senior Organic Growth Specialist (SEO/GEO)

What you will do

• Own organic discoverability strategy for a major hirify.global portfolio across traditional search, AI-powered answer engines and conversational experiences.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, semantic content, metadata, structured data and internal linking.
• Lead keyword, intent and entity research to identify opportunities across content, site architecture and customer journeys.
• Partner with Editorial, Product, Analytics, MarTech and Engineering teams to prioritize initiatives based on search demand, performance data and commercial impact.
• Design and execute SEO and GEO experiments, document results and scale successful approaches.
• Coach junior specialists, share organic search best practices and represent Organic Growth Marketing in strategic initiatives and product launches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise SEO programs for large global websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, AI search and AI-powered search experiences.
• Experience across content optimization, technical SEO, analytics, enterprise SEO platforms and performance reporting.
• Ability to develop strategy, prioritize by business value and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for gaming and strong knowledge of the hirify.global ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Knowledge of structured data, entity optimization and knowledge graphs.
• Experience working across global markets.
