Director, Product Management - Virtual Veterinary Services

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States

Base salary: $204,500–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for virtual veterinary services, including triage and telemedicine.
• Define and improve pet parent journeys from discovery and education through consultation and post-care engagement.
• Design and optimize workflows for veterinary professionals, including preparation, consultation, documentation, and post-care processes.
• Integrate virtual care across Cart, Checkout, PDP, Pharmacy, Vet Diet, Payments, CRM, and Customer Service experiences.
• Improve intake, routing, care flow, access, throughput, and utilization through scalable product and system design.
• Own product metrics, experimentation, dashboards, and operating rhythms while leading a multi-layered product organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years in product management.
• 5+ years leading product teams, including experience managing leaders.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team product roadmaps at scale and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys and funnel performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and business teams in regulated environments such as healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or fintech.
• Strong analytical, communication, partner management, organizational leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with two-sided or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, provider tooling, or scheduling systems.
• Veterinary or human healthcare experience.
• Experience integrating products across large, multi-surface ecosystems.
