Trade Management Analyst

Pay rate: $23/hour; duration: 6 months

What you will do

• Develop knowledge of the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.
• Partner with traders and brokers to investigate issues and support timely settlement.
• Research and resolve trade-flow issues, accounting discrepancies, and transaction exceptions.
• Identify operational risks and help implement processes and controls.
• Analyze processes and support improvements to trade capture and transaction-processing capabilities.
• Support projects involving new products, trading strategies, systems, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Interest in financial markets, securities trading, investment management, or trade operations.
