Global Capital Markets Client Administrator II (Finance)

What you will do

• Administer trust and entity accounts for high-net-worth private and institutional clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve service issues.
• Process cash disbursements, trades, account balances, new accounts, discretionary distributions, and trust terminations.
• Support account representatives with client strategy implementation, recommendations, meeting preparation, and revenue-generating activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external service partners and escalate risks or issues requiring management attention.
• Maintain administrative controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and accurate account management.

Requirements

• At least four years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least one year of relevant experience with direct client contact.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, risk standards, and administrative controls.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and work effectively with internal support areas.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and software application skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• CCTS certification for a corporate trust focus.
• Experience working in a team environment and with highly capable clients.
