EDI Registration Specialist

Location: Remote; full-time, 30+ hours per week

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for government and commercial payers.
• Resolve payment misrouting issues and maintain accurate payer information.
• Manage remit address changes and provider portal databases.
• Coordinate payer follow-up to complete enrollments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Administer user portal access and permissions for revenue cycle management staff.
• Support revenue cycle management projects while managing multiple priorities accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical office billing, accounts receivable, claims submission, or payment posting.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other major commercial payers.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage enrollment processes and payer follow-up independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience with payer enrollment software.
• SmartSheet experience.
