Junior Computer Scientist (iOS/macOS Testing)

Location: Onsite in Egg Harbor, New Jersey, with some remote flexibility. The role requires US citizenship to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Support testing of FAA Automated Maintenance Management System applications.
• Develop, debug, and execute test scripts for iOS applications in macOS environments.
• Test applications on iPad, iPhone, Mac mini, and other iOS or macOS platforms.
• Develop and execute test cases and track application defects.
• Collaborate with AMMS team members and document test results for stakeholders.
• Support general FAA testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software and systems testing, preferably in aviation or transportation.
• Demonstrated experience with FAA AMMS applications and testing in Apple-based environments.
• Proficiency with test case development, execution, and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and test documentation skills.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Recent Computer Science graduate.
• Strong FAA AMMS experience.
• Experience supporting application testing in Apple-based environments.
