Director, Client Operations

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Minneapolis metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for complex client engagements, including scope, cost estimation, risk management, status reporting, and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical delivery teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Run governance cadences covering prioritization, dependencies, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Support change management, organizational readiness, adoption planning, and post-launch enablement for platform implementations.
• Build trusted client relationships, support account growth, and contribute to new-business pitches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers while maintaining delivery standards and resolving escalations.

Requirements

• 9–12+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 5 years in an agency or consultancy serving enterprise clients.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream programs involving stakeholders, vendor partners, and technical delivery teams.
• Technical project management experience delivering CMS or enterprise content platform implementations, such as headless CMS, DXP, or composable content architecture.
• Executive presence and the ability to present delivery status and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum delivery and managing hybrid Agile-waterfall programs across engineering, creative, and strategy workstreams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting change management workstreams for technology platform implementations.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Contentful, Optimizely, or similar composable/DXP platforms.
