AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Build AI agent and LLM-based solutions for business development and project execution.
• Develop traditional machine learning and analytical models when they are the best fit.
• Prototype delivery formats such as agents, avatars, and visual client-facing experiences.
• Design solutions with reuse, scale, and productization in mind.
• Translate business needs into technical execution and collaborate with infrastructure and front-end specialists.
• Join client discussions and help move solutions from experimentation to reliable delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Python and modern AI and machine learning tooling across the build lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based or machine learning solutions, ideally under time pressure.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code hygiene, and deployment, or strong mathematical and analytical machine learning foundations depending on the track.
• Ability to make practical design decisions quickly and build solutions for real-world use.
• Full professional English required.
• Interest or background in banking and financial services.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks, LLM application patterns, or production data and AI workloads.
• Experience designing solutions for reuse, scale, or productization.
• Open-source contributions or compelling side projects.
• Spanish language skills.

Hiring process

• Screening conversation with the team lead.
• Role-relevant technical exercise, either take-home or live.
• Two to three team-fit and craft interviews, including at least one with a partner, followed by an offer.
