Senior Electrification Systems Engineer (Electrification)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; 5-day on-site availability required. Domestic relocation is available. Travel is up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $112,710.00–$169,060.00 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute electrification projects with customers, product groups, and leadership.
• Lead development and integration of battery, charging, high-voltage, and electric drive systems across machine platforms.
• Deliver engineering solutions, technical recommendations, and project execution support for new product introduction and validation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, software, controls, and test teams to develop and deploy electrified products.
• Resolve technical issues, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across development and production programs.
• Apply emerging electrification technologies and best practices to improve product performance, reliability, and customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Extensive analytical thinking and problem-solving experience, including root-cause analysis and solution development.
• Working knowledge of effective technical communication practices.
• Working knowledge of electrification technologies and their applications, including battery electric machines, energy storage, high-voltage integration, power electronics, and charging systems.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Tucson, Arizona.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
