Manager II, Engineering - Database Monitoring (AI)

Location: New York, New York, USA; hybrid workplace

Salary: $244,000–$305,000 USD per year, plus equity and possible variable compensation

What you will do

• Build and develop engineering teams, including engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies.
• Partner with Product to launch new products and businesses in new markets.
• Drive product adoption, measurable business outcomes, and commercial success using customer feedback and product data.
• Own the Database Monitoring roadmap, with emphasis on AI capabilities and developer personas.
• Develop new market penetration strategies and support product-market fit.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience partnering with customers to refine product experiences and find product-market fit.
• Experience coaching teams through product development and adoption.
• Track record of scaling product engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and team design.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy and driving adoption beyond technical delivery.
• Experience deploying applications on Postgres.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York, USA.
