Lead Finance Analyst (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and close support for titles in the LIVE Games Portfolio.
• Partner with game General Managers, User Acquisition, Data Science, Accounting, and Finance leadership on portfolio decisions.
• Translate financial and operational data into KPI narratives and concise recommendations for senior leadership.
• Initiate and lead process improvement and automation projects, including forecasting model redesigns and reporting infrastructure.
• Build KPI dashboards and predictive, self-serve tools as part of an AI-powered FP&A team.
• Manage recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a strong analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex revenue, User Acquisition, and cost models.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, building consensus, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping through completion.
• Strong understanding of live-service and mobile game KPIs, including DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, with flexibility to collaborate across US and global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming, mobile apps, subscriptions, or consumer technology business models.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• SQL experience.
• Interest in games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses.
