Enablement AI Specialist (AI)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $99,000–$145,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and eligible benefits.

What you will do

• Build, test, launch, maintain, and support AI-powered tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflow solutions for data center operations.
• Collaborate with field technicians, managers, and subject-matter experts to understand operational challenges and translate defined problems into practical solutions.
• Manage the intake and tracking of solution ideas, review existing resources, document requests, and help prevent duplicate work.
• Convert successful field-built tools into documented and supported Canvas assets with clear ownership and maintenance expectations.
• Facilitate learning sessions, answer common questions, resolve routine issues, and help employees use approved tools in daily workflows.
• Track tool usage, adoption, time saved, tool health, and operational impact while recommending improvements to tools, documentation, training, and enablement processes.

Requirements

• Experience building or supporting AI-powered tools, workflow solutions, or automations used by others to complete real work.
• Experience in data center operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience writing prompts and configuring skills, agents, automations, or similar tools.
• Ability to test solutions, gather feedback, resolve common issues, and document how tools should be used and maintained.
• Foundational program or project management skills, including task tracking, documentation, prioritization, and status reporting.
