Senior Analyst, Technical Security (Physical Security)

Location: Colorado, virtual; on-call participation, nights and weekends, variable schedules, overtime, and up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $70,249.03–$105,373.54 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise physical security technology and applications.
• Evaluate technical designs and develop implementation plans covering hardware, software, configuration, and testing.
• Troubleshoot physical security applications, servers, devices, outages, and incidents while identifying root causes.
• Support integrations between infrastructure and access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage device inventories, lifecycle processes, configuration standards, and break/fix activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Cyber, and IT teams on audits, policies, regulatory compliance, reporting, and technical controls.

Requirements

• Four or more years of related experience; the role lists 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale physical security infrastructure and troubleshooting system or application issues.
• Knowledge of networking, including IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation.
• Experience with enterprise Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL queries, and database structures.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, including architecture diagrams, troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Administration experience with Genetec Security Center, Honeywell Pro-Watch, AMAG Symmetry, LenelS2 OnGuard, WinPak, or similar platforms.
• Experience with enterprise video management systems such as Genetec, Milestone, or Avigilon.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, Python, C++, physical security credential technologies, and video analytics.
• Experience integrating physical security systems with Azure AD / Entra.
