Sr. Analyst, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada; Canadian-based employment requires maintaining legal entitlement to work in Canada. The schedule is 4x10, including one weekend day.

Salary: CAD 125,000–200,000 per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Detect, investigate, contain, and remediate real-time security incidents for customers.
• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Prepare written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
• Contribute cybersecurity thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking.

Requirements

• Experience in incident handling, incident response, or targeted-threat investigations.
• Background in computer forensics, network forensics, systems administration, or secure network operations and architecture.
• Knowledge of malware analysis and incident remediation planning.
• Programming or scripting experience with C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, or business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently on a 4x10 schedule, including one weekend day, and maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
