What you will do

• Analyze business data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Collect business intelligence data from internal warehouses using MS SQL SMS and test and validate data sets.
• Apply correlation analysis, regression analysis, predictive modeling, process mining, MS Excel, MS Power BI, and Disco.
• Investigate and document workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify process pain points.
• Lead data analysis projects, define objectives and timelines, and manage progress and sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Communicate findings, align on solutions, create reports, and gather stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Four years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related position supporting stakeholder recommendations and decisions with data analytics.
• Experience with statistical data analysis, including correlation analysis, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and statistical project models for trends, forecasting, KPIs, net revenue, distribution, profit, and market share.
• Experience with end-to-end project management and data analytics for tracking project progress.
• Ability to work at the Portland, Oregon location.
