Client Service Specialist, Commercial Risk - Founder Shield

What you will do

• Prepare documents for presenting commercial risks to insurance markets.
• Prepare applications, coverage summaries, insurance certificates, auto identification cards, and related documentation.
• Draft and update renewal proposals and presentation materials with client service teams.
• Analyze and summarize client data, compile reports, and record information in insurance and firm software systems.
• Process endorsements, audits, notices of cancellation, cancellation and expiration reports, and loss-run requests.
• Quote and renew flood, builder’s risk, and bond policies while supporting process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work remotely.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry; 2 or more years preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Maintain required state Department of Insurance licenses or obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days.
• Ability to learn additional software systems and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
