TL;DR
Director, Compounding Operations (Sterile and Nonsterile Pharmacy): Leading and scaling compounding operations across Ro’s pharmacy network with an accent on regulatory compliance, quality systems, inspection readiness, and operational consistency. Focus on standardizing workflows, strengthening batch-record controls, leading deviation investigations and CAPA, and improving cross-site performance across sterile and non-sterile facilities.

Location: hirify.globalng>On-site in hirify.globalmeoville, Illinois, with travel to other compounding locations as neededhirify.globalng>

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sterile and non-sterile compounding operations achirify.globalss current and future facilities.
  • Define enterprise operating standards, workflows, documentation practices, metrics, escalation paths, and accountability systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for USP <795>, <797>, and <800> and maintain inspection readiness for internal, Board of Pharmacy, and regulatory audits.
  • Establish batch-record review and verification phirify.globalcesses and lead deviation investigations and corrective and preventive actions with Quality.
  • Monitor operational and quality performance, including deviations, right-first-time results, and thhirify.globalughput, and phirify.globalduce data-driven reports.
  • Ensure the qualification and ongoing compliance of compounding equipment and facilities while supporting hiring, training, and development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy compounding operations, including both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
  • Advanced working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, including regulatory inspections and internal or external audits.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, or compounding operations teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with compounding workflows, equipment, documentation, and operational conthirify.globalls.
  • Experience partnering with Quality and Compliance teams in a regulated healthcare envihirify.globalnment.
  • hirify.globalng>Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing is required; willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.hirify.globalng>
