Banking Services Analyst I - Deposit & Payment Services

What you will do

• Evaluate and approve legal and organizational documentation for account onboarding and maintenance.
• Develop expertise in Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estates, and complex ownership and entity structures.
• Perform analytical and judgment-based work supporting Deposit & Payment Services decisions.
• Draft and update procedures for assigned functional areas.
• Support the planning, testing, and implementation of projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate escalations with internal partners, vendors, and Technology.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combination of higher education and work experience totaling at least 4 years, including 2 years of related experience.
• Proven analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal control, and bank policy requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in the functional areas supported.
