Senior UX Designer (Entertainment)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with two days in the office per week at the Osterley Campus.

What you will do

• Lead UX design delivery from discovery through optimisation across multiple roadmap projects and workstreams.
• Develop innovative, coherent solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Support the Head of Design in shaping the experience vision and daily delivery for Browse digital products.
• Communicate design solutions and rationale to stakeholders, influencing product strategy and building agreement.
• Collaborate with Global Design, Product, Engineering, and Editorial teams to create new experiences and evolve design patterns.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design critiques, and team meetings that support roadmap prioritisation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Proven understanding of user-centred design, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices across platforms and devices.
• Experience creating user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience translating competing business requirements into customer-focused designs.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply qualitative and quantitative insights to design decisions.
• An up-to-date portfolio must be provided at the time of application.

Nice to have

• Experience applying accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience maintaining UX guidelines, patterns, templates, and design system assets.
• Experience designing TV products, large-screen entertainment experiences, or cross-platform journeys.
