What you will do

• Support the development and management of the international trademark and design portfolio for the Compressor Technique and Power Technique business areas.
• Conduct trademark searches, clearance analyses, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate communication with IP offices, Legal, Marketing, and IP teams across the hirify.global Group.
• Monitor trademark watches and follow up on conflicts, oppositions, enforcement matters, and potential infringements.
• Track competitor activity, identify IP risks and opportunities, and help implement action plans.
• Deliver internal training and contribute to structured, quality-focused IP services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, preferably specializing in Intellectual Property, or a Legal Practice degree with relevant trademark experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with trademarks and designs, ideally in an international context.
• Knowledge of EU Trademarks and Designs is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality and results.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical IP solutions.

Nice to have

• Qualification as, or motivation to become, a European Trademark Attorney.
• Knowledge of copyright law.
