Associate Producer (AI Systems)

What you will do

• Drive delivery for the AI Systems team across engineering, design, and gameplay animation.
• Partner with leads and producers to define roadmaps and long-term milestones.
• Break goals into actionable tasks and track delivery across sprints and milestones.
• Resolve workflow issues, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Identify and communicate risks, impacts, and status to stakeholders.
• Maintain backlogs, resource plans, sprint metrics, roadmaps, and regular production reports.

Requirements

• Previous game production experience with cross-disciplinary teams, preferably on a AAA game.
• Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and engines such as Unreal.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Excel, Confluence, and Perforce.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English is required for candidates located in Quebec.
