Location: Remote for candidates located in the United States or Canada (Preference for in-person work in Madison, WI)

(PUBG Studios) is a global game developer behind the PUBG phenomenon, currently developing a new IP to push the shooter genre forward.
What you will do
- Coordinate deliverables, owners, and deadlines across art, marketing, QA, localization, community, and partnerships.
- Maintain and align the publishing roadmap with development milestones, surfacing risks and resolving schedule conflicts.
- Establish repeatable processes for deliverable hand-offs, approvals, and status reporting.
- Lead recurring planning meetings, including stand-ups and milestone reviews, while maintaining centralized project documentation.
- Manage approval workflows with external partners, platform holders (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.), and first parties.
- Coordinate launch and live-operations beats, including betas, releases, and updates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of production or project management experience.
- 2+ years of production experience specifically in AAA video game publishing.
- Proven experience shipping titles across multiple platforms and storefronts.
- Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle from pre-production through live operations.
- Experience with localization, QA, marketing, or community workflows.
- Ability to work 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday and be available 8-11pm CT for international collaboration.
