Associate Producer (AI Systems)

What you will do

• Drive delivery for the AI Systems team across engineering, design, and gameplay animation.
• Partner with leads and producers to build roadmaps for long-term milestones.
• Break goals into actionable tasks and track delivery across sprints and milestones.
• Resolve workflow issues, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Identify production risks and communicate their impact and status to stakeholders.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, resource plans, sprint metrics, and regular reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in game production with a cross-discipline team, preferably on a AAA game.
• For candidates located in Quebec: professional proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and engines such as Unreal.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Excel, Confluence, and Perforce.
