RF Analog Layout Engineer (FinFET Technology)

What you will do

• Design layouts for high-frequency RF circuits, including LNAs, mixers, VCOs, and PLL sub-blocks in FinFET technology.
• Optimize high-frequency signal routing to minimize parasitic capacitance and inductance.
• Implement coaxial, differential, and ground shielding to reduce coupling and crosstalk.
• Address EM/IR reliability for high-current RF paths and comply with advanced DRC/LVS rules.
• Apply matching techniques for RF differential pairs and passive components such as inductors and capacitors.
• Collaborate with RF designers to meet gain, noise figure, phase noise, and linearity targets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on RF layout design experience at FinFET nodes.
• Deep understanding of parasitic control in high-frequency circuits, substrate coupling, and isolation techniques.
• Proficiency with RF-aware EDA tools, post-layout simulation flows, EM modeling, and EM extraction.
• Knowledge of reliability and aging effects in RF devices and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with RF sign-off flows and color-aware routing and multi-patterning constraints.
• Scripting skills for RF layout automation and verification.
