Working Student (f/m/d) Automation & AI

What you will do

• Build, test, and maintain automated workflows between Confluence and Jira, including ticket creation, routing, and updates.
• Implement and experiment with AI tools for administrative and operational team tasks.
• Review, clean up, refine, and structure Jira tickets and project backlogs.
• Identify manual workflow bottlenecks and streamline processes with scripts and automation platforms.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Master's program, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility during exam periods.
• Solid programming and scripting skills, such as Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with experience automating workflows or integrating tools.
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with AI tooling, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and modern automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence workflows, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent English skills required; basic or conversational German is a plus.
