What you will do

• Analyze activity logs, usage metrics, prompt data, and other sources for measuring AI-assisted software development tool usage.
• Define KPIs covering adoption, engagement, productivity support, and potential quality effects.
• Design and implement a prototype dashboard or automated reporting solution.
• Evaluate automated data collection, processing, and integration across multiple data sources.
• Assess measurement approaches and develop recommendations for sustainable reporting and governance.
• Document findings and present results to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software development and artificial intelligence.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, or dashboard development.
• Analytical and structured approach with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

• German language skills.
