Architect IT Solution Financial Systems (Oracle)

Location: Headquarters in Katy, Texas, United States; regular in-office attendance is required.

What you will do

• Identify and recommend financial-system solutions, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning options.
• Translate business requirements and financial processes into scalable, secure, integrated technical architecture.
• Lead business analysis, solution design, integration design, security analysis, and change-management activities.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board, Solution Review Board, and related governance processes.
• Develop technical specifications and system documentation while supporting production stability, issue resolution, enhancements, and optimization.
• Research technology trends and lead or support proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP solutions, enterprise applications, solution architecture, systems integration, or major systems implementation.
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience implementing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials, including at least two full life-cycle implementations.
• Experience designing and integrating solutions across cloud, hybrid-cloud, and enterprise application environments.
• Experience with finance transformation, SOX compliance, audit controls, governance, stakeholder management, and technical architecture documentation.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financial Systems.
• Master’s degree.
• Oracle, cloud, enterprise architecture, project delivery, or professional certifications.
• Retail industry experience.
