Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, onsite 5 days a week; this is not a hybrid role

Salary: $170,000–$280,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building a data platform for machine learning applications, combining high-performance infrastructure with developer-focused tools.

What you will do

• Automate infrastructure orchestration and provisioning for hirify.global customers and prospects.
• Build a platform for managing the hosted product.
• Develop deployment capabilities for hirify.global in customer-owned AWS and GCP accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams.
• Help interview and grow the Engineering team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience writing software for infrastructure management automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and/or Terraform.
• Experience working with AWS and/or GCP.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning or data products and services.
• Experience setting up hosted cloud resources for multiple companies.
• Understanding of MLOps and machine learning infrastructure.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and customers.
