🔧 Stack: Python · OpenAI/Anthropic APIs · RAG · pgvector · n8n · MCP (Model Context Protocol) · PostgreSQL · Redis · REST APIs · Langfuse · promptfoo

👤 Requirements:
— 5+ years in IT, incl. 2+ years building apps, agents & automations on top of LLMs
— Solid Python backend (services, databases, APIs, testing)
— RAG & retrieval experience (embeddings, vector databases)
— Understanding of AI agents & agentic workflows
— Ability to justify technical decisions & reason about trade-offs
— Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar)
— Awareness of data security & credentials handling
— Fluent English

⭐ Nice to have: MCP server design, n8n/Make, third-party API integrations, LLM observability/eval tooling, Google Workspace/Slack API, CRM background.

📌 Responsibilities:
— Lead architecture & tooling decisions, document trade-offs
— Build & operate production Python services with RAG
— Design & tune RAG pipelines, evaluate retrieval quality
— Design and maintain MCP servers connecting tools to LLMs
— Configure & maintain AI agents with multi-step workflows
— Build n8n automations
— Optimize prompt chains, set up systematic evaluation
— Reduce AI workload costs (caching, latency profiling, model selection)
— Use AI coding agents as your primary dev tool
