Senior Consultant Test Management

What you will do

• Prepare, plan, and steer testing activities across relevant project phases with stakeholders.
• Manage defect resolution and test releases, and report on testing progress.
• Create and deliver training on test management tools and testing processes.
• Define overarching test strategies and create functional test cases.
• Build long-term client relationships and mentor colleagues on testing practices.
• Identify risks in complex testing projects and develop proactive solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
• Knowledge of testing processes and methods, including fundamental test processes, defect management, and Scrum.
• Practical skills in software development and project management.
• Strong client and service orientation, confident communication, and a team-oriented approach.
• Business-fluent German at C1 level and ISTQB certification are required.
