Change and Training Consultant

What you will do

• Support technology transformation projects by delivering structured organisational change management and training activities.
• Help establish and manage change networks involving change agents, super users, and trainers.
• Assess transformation impacts, maintain change action plans, and support communication planning.
• Update business process maps and develop standard operating procedures with business process leads.
• Conduct readiness assessments and surveys to track adoption and gather feedback.
• Support training needs analysis, material development, course logistics, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in change management, training, or organisational development.
• Experience supporting OCM and training delivery in large-scale, technology-driven transformation programmes.
• Experience leading specific OCM or training deliverables.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse business processes, identify interdependencies, coach others, and manage risks and issues.
• Familiarity with AI tools and experience supporting customers with their adoption; APMG Foundation qualification.
