What you will do

• Manage the change process for stakeholders using structured Organisational Change Management (OCM) methodology.
• Establish and manage a Change Network, including change agents, super users, and trainers.
• Perform transformation impact assessments and execute detailed change action plans.
• Develop training materials, coordinate logistics, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Update business process maps and develop standard operating procedures in coordination with process leads.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance user support, training practices, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
• Experience supporting OCM and training delivery within large-scale technology transformations.
• Proven ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation.
• Experience working with AI tools for OCM and training workstreams.
• APMG Foundation qualification.
