TL;DR
Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Java/Automation): Building maintainable software, automation pipelines, and structured data models that synchronize engineering tools and improve software development lifecycle governance with an accent on traceability, audit readiness, and developer productivity. Focus on integrating repositories and build systems, automating workflows, defining SDLC practices, and mentoring engineers.

What you will do
- Develop clean, maintainable, tested, and documented software for process automation.
- Build pipelines and supporting systems for data synchronization across engineering tools such as Bitbucket and Artifactory.
- Prototype and implement workflow automation that reduces repetitive tasks and improves engineering productivity.
- Establish data models, automation, and reporting for software artifacts and dependencies to support traceability, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, Integration Pipeline, and Release Management teams to define and implement the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Experience with Java, SQL, and shell scripting.
- Experience with Git, Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Artifactory.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end software development, with a structured, analytical, and self-directed approach.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and explore new areas.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SDLC processes such as ITIL and compliance frameworks such as ISAE 3000 or SOC 2.
- Experience with audit-compliant software development practices.
