What you will do
- Set up new accounts receivable accounts by reviewing financial and credit information.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
- Collect outstanding accounts receivable balances, follow up with customers, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Coordinate with sales administration, pricing, and other internal functions to resolve billing corrections and customer disputes.
- Review orders on credit hold and release or retain them according to policy.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of credit management and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to review and interpret basic financial information with guidance.
- Professional customer communication skills for resolving routine disputes and following up on payments.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Czech
