Application Engineer (Analog ICs)

hirify.global is an established semiconductor company with a growing Integrated Circuit Solutions business group focused on analog and mixed-signal IC products.

What you will do

• Enhance and accelerate the ICS design pipeline across America by collaborating with account managers, business development teams, field application engineers, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Provide expert technical support and training on ICS products, product roadmaps, support tools, evaluation systems, and technical documentation.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer design engineers and support customer application development.
• Create engineering design assistance materials, including application schematics, demo boards, and simulations.
• Support marketing initiatives, contribute technical content, and represent the ICS business group at industry and customer events.
• Collaborate with application teams and other business groups to promote the broader hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering.
• Deep understanding of analog ICs and power management ICs, including customer design challenges.
• Direct experience with power management ICs and/or signal-chain applications.
• Experience with electronic product design processes, including component selection and qualification.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel.
