Electrical Engineer (UAV)

What you will do

• Design and prototype reliable, low-latency PCBs for handheld UAV ground control stations.
• Integrate displays, joysticks, communication modules, antennas, batteries, and other components into rugged, compact systems.
• Define electrical architecture covering wiring, interconnects, power management, and electromagnetic shielding.
• Collaborate with mechanical and embedded software engineers across the hardware stack.
• Select electrical component suppliers and oversee board fabrication and assembly.
• Run thermal, EMI/EMC, and field validation testing while documenting and iterating designs toward production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience designing embedded systems, preferably for handheld or ruggedized equipment.
• Strong PCB design experience using Altium or an equivalent tool, including high-speed digital and analog circuits.
• Knowledge of RF integration, EMI shielding, batteries, charging, and power regulation.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical problems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Commitment to operational excellence in a demanding, mission-focused environment.

• Experience with military or mission-critical communication systems.
