Team Lead (Go)

Location: Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland; remote or on-site work available

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team.
• Own team planning, delivery, and execution.
• Drive technical decisions and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architects, and other engineering teams.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Identify delivery and technical risks while balancing business priorities with long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of engineering leadership experience and 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and modern backend development.
• Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, frontend basics, stakeholder management, and technical delivery.
