Senior Business Analyst - Financial Instruments Data (Fintech)

Location: Allmendstrasse 140, 8041 Zurich, Switzerland. Hybrid and flexible working are available.

What you will do

• Own and organize Asset Data Sourcing service operations as a functional lead.
• Support team leadership through planning, prioritization, supervision, and escalation management.
• Plan and implement asset, issuer, pricing, and other financial data migration projects.
• Design and maintain complex business rules, mappings, specifications, and release processes.
• Capture client requirements and deliver functional analysis, specifications, testing, and releases.
• Coordinate with SIX Financial Information, Bloomberg, internal stakeholders, and data consumers on vendor feeds and content.

Requirements

• IT or business qualification with a strong banking or financial services background.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in reference and market data management.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial instruments, master data, data delivery, data modeling, and target-system mapping.
• In-depth knowledge of SIX Financial Information VDF/VDFS data feeds and financial data content.
• Mandatory experience with Temenos DataSource, including its rule engine, configuration, customization, and data modeling.
• Practical SQL knowledge and required PL/SQL scripting experience; experience with hirify.global Core Banking is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English required.

• Italian or French language skills.
