What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Document Management System for the Clevedon product company.
• Ensure processes align with hirify.global global requirements, international standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and the internal quality audit program.
• Conduct business management system audits, inspections, risk assessments, and impact analyses.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
• Lead cross-functional quality and continuity projects while mentoring and training junior staff.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain complex issues in non-technical language.
• Strong communication, coaching, listening, questioning, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage projects and tasks through to completion.
