Hardware Product Manager (Hardware): Owning and evolving hospitality or retail hardware portfolios and the end-to-end merchant experience with an accent on product roadmaps, supplier accountability, and hardware lifecycle management. Focus on translating merchant workflows into requirements, leading device initiatives from discovery through launch, and improving reliability, delivery, and portfolio profitability.

What you will do
- Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio across product selection, regional availability, launches, scaling, lifecycle management, and deprecation.
- Define and deliver a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with the broader hardware strategy and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead hardware initiatives from discovery and requirements through vendor selection, validation, launch, iteration, and in-field support.
- Engage merchants to identify workflow friction and translate insights into product priorities and requirements.
- Drive supplier accountability for feature scope, quality, cost, and lead times using returns and support signals to address corrective actions.
- Coordinate Product, Design, Hardware Operations, Support, Go-to-Market, Finance, and Legal teams to execute launches and improve portfolio profitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in hardware or a hardware-enabled SaaS environment.
- At least 1–2 end-to-end hardware launches shipped.
- Ownership of the complete hardware lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through selection, testing, launch, iteration, and deprecation.
- Direct experience with hospitality workflows such as payments, POS, mobile POS, kitchen display systems, kiosks, or networking.
- Cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Design, Operations or Supply Chain, Support, and Go-to-Market.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing, reliability, packaging, compliance, unit economics, cohort analysis, and data-driven product decisions.
