AMS Test Specialist (Banking)

Location: Strada Regina 40, 6934 Bioggio, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Manage release processes for changes to hirify.global products, including monthly client releases and hot fixes.
• Coordinate and plan SIT, UAT, and end-of-period test campaigns and simulations.
• Own test environment availability, refreshes, software installations, and readiness assessments.
• Manage client acceptance environment usage plans across projects and AMS.
• Track defects, test results, statistics, and reporting for management and clients.
• Coordinate with Development, Release Management, and clients while contributing to continuous process improvement and compliance controls.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of test concepts and methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking and/or finance industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Jira.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong client orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies, with a structured and rigorous approach.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a challenging environment.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with the hirify.global banking system solution.
