What you will do
- Drive strategic test management and improve testing processes.
- Coordinate testing with release management, requirements management, and other related processes.
- Manage multiple test projects in parallel and define overarching test strategies.
- Take responsibility for the success of all test activities.
- Build client relationships and support pre-sales activities.
- Mentor colleagues and lead project teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software testing experience in a responsible test manager role.
- Experience leading and coaching project teams.
- Experience developing client relationships and supporting sales activities.
- Solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
- Expertise in testing processes, methods, software development, project management, error management, and Scrum.
- Business-fluent German at C1 level and ISTQB certification required.
